Recent work brings transfusion medicine into our free learning platform, expands textbook and examination resources, and adds local image tools to our internal AI workspace.
A first chapter, built locally
Strata drafted the Tietz liver disease chapter in our first local-AI chapter addition. The founder reports a substantial time investment and repeated attempts. A separate source review then corrected formulas, units, interpretation, and quiz answers before the revised version was published.

Our local assistant can call a separate Qwen2.5-VL model to inspect images and crops, then use those observations in its answer. The workspace now includes model load/unload controls and measured vision-model text generation speed.
